Social Skills Groups

Nurturing, structured group sessions with a Licensed Counselor where children & teens facing similar social challenges meet together to learn & practice social skills in a supportive & inclusive environment.

Some of the skills learned include:

  • Communication (verbal & non-verbal)

  • Recognizing Social Cues

  • Empathy

  • Conflict Resolution

  • Self-Awareness

  • Respecting Boundaries

  • Building self-confidence

Cognitive Behavioral Groups

Supportive, organized groups to help children & teens identify and change unhelpful thoughts and behavior patterns. While working with a Licensed Counselor and peers with similar struggles, group members improve coping skills and can alleviate feelings of isolation & loneliness.

Groups include:

  • Anxiety & Depression

  • Anger Management

  • Social Anxiety

Support Groups

Adolescents meet together in a safe and supportive environment to share common experiences. Facilitated by a Licensed Counselor, group members improve coping strategies, process difficult emotions, and build connections.

Groups include:

  • Divorce

  • Grief
