Social Skills Groups:

Focuses on making friends, starting and maintaining conversations, understanding body language and emotions, handling conflicts, taking turns, and building self-confidence.

K-2nd Grade- Social Stars

Mondays from 5 PM - 6 PM (6 weeks)

September 8th - October 20th

(no group 10/13 Columbus Day)

3rd-5th Grade- Friendship Factory

Mondays from 6:30 PM - 7:30 PM (6 weeks)

September 8th - October 20th

(no group 10/13 Columbus Day)

Anxiety Management Group:

Focuses on teaching calming strategies, identifying triggers, using positive self-talk, and practicing relaxation techniques and mindfulness.

2nd-5th Grade- Worry Warriors

Tuesdays from 6 PM - 7 PM (6 weeks)

September 9th - October 14th

Small groups of 6 children working with a Licensed Professional Counselor

Free 15-minute phone parent consultation, upon request

Camps held in McKinney near 380/Lake Forest

$275 for all 6 weeks
